Refund/Return Policy:

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by we can't offer a refund or exchange.

For an item to be eligible for return, it  just be in the same packaging. As well the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in.

Non-Refundable items: Sale items, clearance items or custom orders.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returns must include receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer are responsible for shipping products back to us. It is always recommended to use trackable shipping or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

How to process Refund/Exchange:

We are sorry you didn't like your order.

Please contact with your order number and product(s) you would like to return/exchange.

Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will send you an email to notify you the the item(s) have been received and if they have been approved or rejected. If approved a refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your original method of payment. (Please note refunds may take a up to 10 business days to officially post to your account)
